  Manage the organisations requests for adaptations from request to completion
  Build the register of installed adaptations
  Keep tenants informed by letter
  Produce performance indicators and reports
  Monitor budgets and spend

AiDA enables the collection and reporting of information on all aspects of the Aids and Adaptations process from request to completion. The Trust now shares information with internal as well as external customers.
