New for 2011. Our AiDA User Group asked us to provide a platform to enable
them to make comparisons of their Aids & Adaptation performance and processes.
We have now constructed a Benchmarking section of this website that will be open
to AiDA and non AiDA Users.
We currently enable comparisons to be made of the following criteria: - |

- Number of Adapted Properties
- Target Days to Install Adaptation Requests per Category
- Assessment Information
- General Policy Information
- Budgets Set Per Category
- Number of Requests on Waiting List per Category

And the following monthly Performance criteria: - |

- Installed Adaptations
- Value of Installed Adaptations
- Average Days from Request to Assessment per Category
- Average Days from Assessment to Installation per Category
- Average Days from Request to Installation per Category
- Adaptation Requests Received
- Adaptation Requests Cancelled

We are keen to expand the number of organisations using this Benchmarking forum
which is why we are opening it up to non AiDA users. We also recognise
that each organisation has it's own benchmarking criteria, so are keen to
receive any suggestions for new ideas.
